Samson completed the architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical services for the Brandon Central Fire Station main floor adaptive reuse into a restaurant and event space. The central design intent was to conserve this historic building by adapting it to a new use continuing the life of the building. The functional layout of the main floor was kept much the same. Samson maintained the existing main entrance of the fire station to serve into the restaurant, up to the upper floors and into the basement. The original hayloft area is now used for private gatherings, meeting, events, etc.
