The preliminary Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) results for the site provided that a Phase II ESA be conducted. Samson provided environmental services to complete the utility locates, soil sampling and groundwater monitoring well installation, development, purging and sampling, laboratory analyses, and reporting.
