Samson provided architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering design services for the Oak Lake School Child Care Centre. The Centre is a portable stand alone child care facility located adjacent to the Oak Lake Community School. The structure consists of wood frame construction, a structural steel sub-frame, and a screw pile foundation. The building envelope is made up of metal siding and 2-ply modified bitumen roofing.
