Samson provided architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering services for this 24 suite, 4-storey wood frame building. This project features underground parking, a spacious common room, and individual balconies. The 55+ complex reflects Samson’s ability and experience with integrating accessibility into our designs.
