With over 30 years of experience in civil, structural, and environmental engineering, Phil Dorn leads Samson Engineering with a deep understanding of both technical design and strategic project delivery. His career spans local, national, and international projects—including serving as Project Manager on a $1.2 billion monorail development in Kuala Lumpur. Phil’s leadership is grounded in a multi-disciplinary approach and a culture of collaboration, enabling Samson to consistently deliver innovative solutions by design. His expertise in engineering, business management, and development planning continues to shape impactful infrastructure across sectors from municipal bridges to healthcare facilities and environmental systems.
