Samson’s development team was the successful contractor for the repair and replacement of components at the Clear Lake Main Pier. This project included construction of an access ice road, 4,500 m³ of earthwork materials, 130m long steel sheet pile wall, treated timber boardwalk and associated environmental protection measures. Samson worked closely with the engineer of record to keep the project on budget and on schedule given the tight window of construction throughout the winter due to the Ice road constraints.
